This annual scholarship is presented by the Youth Department of Beulah Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic in loving memory of the late Bishop & Pastor Francis.
Each year, three outstanding high school graduates who are pursuing post-secondary education are selected to receive this award.
Each recipient is granted a scholarship of $500 in recognition of their dedication, achievement, and commitment to continued learning.
